Power generation systems and  boilers at our Port Arthur refinery are online and  we have one sulfur  train online as well.  A second is expected to start up today.  (These units are generally the first units to restart.)

Barring any currently unforeseen problems, we expect to have the refinery back online by the end of the week.  This is in line with our original time estimate to make repairs and restart the refinery.

Valero's Port Arthur refinery has a total througput capacity of 250,000 barrels a day.
