Valero's Port Arthur  refinery came back online  last week.   We expect the refinery to ramp up to  full production rates by the end of the week.

Current rates as of this morning are:
 
    Crude  200,000 bpd   (max is 250,000 bpd)
    Coker  60,000 bpd     (max is 85,000 bpd)
    FCC    65,000 bpd     (max is 80,000 bpd)
 
     So, it's up to about 75% of  capacity. 
 
Valero's Port Arthur refinery has a total througput capacity of 250,000 barrels a day.
