Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE: VLO) announced today that it has completed the sale of the assets of its terminal operation and discontinued operations in Delaware City to the Delaware City Refining Company LLC and Delaware Pipeline Company LLC, wholly owned subsidiaries of PBF Energy Partners Company LLC. Valero received total proceeds of $220 million.
Valero had announced the sale of the assets in April. It is also exploring strategic options for its refineries in Paulsboro, N.J., and Aruba.
