The Amarillo Credit Card Center has demonstrated a personal commitment to customer care for more than 60 years. Since its first days of operation, the center has become a highly efficient and effective facility providing customers with the best service in the industry.

Overview

Consumer applications are first processed by the wholly owned subsidiary DSRM National Bank in Albuquerque, N.M. All commercial and fleet applications are processed by the Credit Card Center in Amarillo, Texas.

In 2008, the Credit Card Center processed approximately 370 million credit and debit card transactions, with more than half represented by debit cards.
