Valero's pre-paid gift cards are great gifts for your organization's events. The bulk gift card program provides consumers the convenience of purchasing Valero's pre-paid gift cards or fuel cards in bulk and having them delivered directly to you. The gift cards are a fast and easy way for customers to purchase all the items they need -- from fuel to food.

The cards are especially convenient for customers who do not have credit cards, but want the convenience of a credit-like transaction at the pump and in our stores.

When you contact us, be prepared to provide the Valero representative with the following information:

• How many cards you would like to purchase
• What type of cards you would like to purchase (Gift Cards or Fuel Cards). You can combine orders of each.
• How much you want the cards to be worth
• Where you want the cards to be shipped
• Payment method you are using. We accept credit, check and cash. (Payment must be received before the order can be shipped.)

Where can the cards be used?
The cards can be used at all of Valero’s U.S.-based company-operated Corner Store and Stop N Go locations, and most of its wholesale branded stores which operate under various brand names including Diamond Shamrock, Valero, Beacon and Shamrock.

Can we purchase any item in the store with the Valero Gift Card?
The Valero Gift Card can be used to purchase fuel and any convenience-store item, except for money orders and lottery tickets.

Note: The Fuel Card can only be used to purchase fuel.

How many do I have to purchase for it to be considered a bulk order?
A minimum of 25.

What is the advantage of ordering bulk gift cards?
We pay for the shipping and handling charges, if sent via ground, and we can have them delivered directly to your organization within a few days.

Do the cards have a monthly fee?
The cards carry no monthly fees.

Is there an expiration date on the cards?
The cards have no expiration dates.

Are there limits on minimum amount or maximum amount that can be placed on the card?
You can have a gift card with as little as $5 on it and as much as $300.

Can someone recharge the card, or would they have to purchase a new one?
Valero's Gift Card and Fuel Card can be recharged.  The cardholder can do this at any participating Valero convenience store. All the cardholder needs to do is:

1. Present the card to the customer service representative
2. Tell the store’s customer service representative how much he or she wants the card to be worth (recharged),
3. The gift card is scanned and processed as a sale just like other merchandise.
