Basic Fleet

This service level provides Valero's core security features and other benefits, including:

Volume discounts of up to 2.5 cents per gallon
Security and control on fuel, merchandise and service purchases by vehicle and driver
Choice of either a vehicle or driver report
Provides reporting of all changes made to your account
Cards for your entire fleet in sequential order (i.e. without customized descriptions on cards or reports)
Option of one in-store card at the location of your choice
$5 flat fee per account per month … no per-card charges

Commercial

This service level is designed for businesses that prefer less detail, require minimal or no controls and have monthly fuel purchase volumes that are less than 250 gallons per month.

Features include:

Descriptive billing statement showing dates, locations and amounts of purchases, subtotaled by card number
No discounts on fuel purchases
No monthly fee

Enhanced Fleet

This service level provides all of Valero's security features and other benefits, including:

Volume discounts of up to 2.5 cents per gallon
Security and control on fuel, merchandise and service purchases by vehicle and driver
Vehicle, driver and summary reports
Optional group sorting on vehicle and driver reports
Optional weekly report with group sorting (e.g. department, location, etc.)
Provides report of all changes made to your account
Cards for your entire fleet with your customized vehicle descriptions on cards and reports
Option of two or more in-store cards at the locations of your choice
$10 flat fee per account per month … no per-card charges
