Card Activation
  • All new accounts must be activated. You may activate your card by calling 1-888-264-4320.
  • PIN entry is not required to activate your credit card.
Making Payments

The minimum payment is to be paid by the due date specified on your monthly billing statement. There are four ways to make payments on your Valero Credit card. Choose the one that’s best for you:

  • Pay Online With UltraQuick™ Online, you can receive, review, and pay your bill online through CheckFree using your checking account.
    It’s secure, fast, easy … and FREE!
  • Pay by automatic withdrawal by signing up for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to arrange for the amount of your monthly bill to be automatically paid from your checking or money market account.
  • Pay by phone by calling Valero’s Credit Card Center toll free at 1-800-333-3560 to pay with a check-by-phone.
  • Pay by mail by sending your payment to:

Credit Card Details
  • The Valero Card is issued to individuals, and there are no joint accounts. However, you may list authorized users on your account. The credit card will bear the name of the authorized user, if requested.
  • You can pay your balance each month or choose to pay the minimum, allowing you to revolve your credit.
  • Your GasCap® credit limit and available credit will be shown on your monthly billing statement. If you feel that the credit limit indicated on your statement is insufficient for your needs, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-333-3560.
  • The Annual Percentage Rate is based on a variable rate using the Prime Rate as published in the Money Section of the Wall Street Journal. This means that if you pay your account in full each month, there will be NO Finance Charge assessed.
  • The credit card is designed to be used for purchasing fuel and/or merchandise, not for cash.
Lost, Stolen, or Worn Cards
  • If your card is lost or stolen, or needs to be replaced because it is worn, you can request replacement or an additional consumer credit card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week utilizing our automated customer service telephone system, toll free at 1-800-333-3560. Please have your credit card account number available. If you want to speak to a Valero customer service representative, personalized care hours are 8 a.m. until 7 p.m., CST, Monday through Friday.
