Overview

The Valero Port Arthur Refinery is located on the Texas Gulf Coast approximately 90 miles east of Houston. The refinery receives crude oil by rail, marine docks and pipelines. Products are distributed into pipelines and across the refinery docks into ships and barges.

Adjacent to the Valero Port Arthur Refinery is one of its two renewable diesel plants, which has made Valero the world’s second largest producer of renewable diesel and a leading sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) producer.

The Valero Port Arthur Refinery also supports Southeast Texas communities through charitable giving, employee volunteering and partnerships that benefit local children and families.
