Valero employees are encouraged to serve on more than 300 local nonprofit boards, as well as to contribute as volunteers or with charitable donations.
In 2024, Valero and the Valero Energy Foundation generated more than $77.2 million for charities through employee and company donations, corporate philanthropy, fundraising and volunteerism.
