After years of planning, fundraising, and construction, the STEM mobile lab was finally completed and travels throughout the Texas City and Santa Fe communities, offering STEM and reading programs to students.
Thanks in part to a $50,000 grant from Valero Benefit for Children, the Santa Fe Texas Education Foundation purchased a used bus and retrofitted it with input from teachers, administrators, parents and students to be accessible for all.
